چکیده

Aim. To investigate the associations of idiotypic IgA antibodies against benzo[a]pyrene, estradiol and progesterone (IgA 1 -Bp, IgA1 -E2, - Pg) with corresponding anti-idiotypic IgG to (IgG 2 -E2 -Pg) gene polymorphisms CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP1B1, CYP17A1, CYP19A1, GSTM1, GSTT1, GSTP1 in patients stage breast cancer. Materials Methods . Idiotypic serum 240 healthy women 505 cancer were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Prevalence CYP1A1 (rs4646903), CYP1A2 (rs762551), CYP1B1 (rs1056836), CYP19A1 (rs2470152), GSTM1(del), GSTT1(del), (rs1695) 530 694 determined real-time polymerase chain reaction. Result s. Low personal -Bp/IgA -Pg < -E2/IgA ratios combination low ≤ 4 high > levels found 20.6% 4.5% (p 0.0001; OR = 0.2). -Bp/IgA1 Pg revealed 7.4% 2.8% 0.009; 0.4). These two variants integrated marked as protective immunological phenotype. High Bp/IgA combined or 17.2% and27.2% 0.006; 1.8) 6.4% 18.3% 3.3), correspondingly. pro-carcinogenic only estrogen receptor-positive (ER+) polymorphism was associated exclusively receptor-negative (ER-) 0.004; 1.56). No interrelations be tween phenotypes studied CYP GST genes have been found. Conclusion Pro-carcinogenic phenotype rs1695 within independent predictors ER+ ER-

Genetic polymorphism in ERCC5 and breast cancer risk

ERCC5 plays crucial role in excision repair DNA damage induced by UV in NER pathway. Single neuleotide polymorphism in ERCC5 were responsible for different cancers. Therefore, current study evaluated the relationship between ERCC5 (rs1047768 T>C) polymorphism and the risk of breast cancer in Pakistani population. The rs1047768 polymorphism was screened among 175 female...

Genetic Polymorphism of the Glutathione S-Transferase M1 and Development of Breast Cancer

Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are encoded by a superfamily of genes and play a role in the detoxification of potential carcinogens. The human GSTs are divided into four classes: alpha, mu, pi and theta. Previous studies indicated that the absence of the Glutathione S-Transferase M1 (GSTM1) protein correlated with an increased risk of developing some types of cancers. Association between spe...
